1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IPTV Mate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
IPTV Mate provides an IPTV streaming service allowing subscribers to access live television channels, on-demand content (VOD), and related streaming features via an internet connection. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
4.1. IPTV Mate offers multiple subscription tiers (1, 3, 6, and 12-month plans) at stated EUR prices.
4.2. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. No automatic renewal occurs unless explicitly opted into.
4.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU regulations.
4.4. We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All card transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption.
5. Free Trial
Free trials are offered for 24 hours and require no payment information. One free trial is permitted per person, per household, and per IP address. IPTV Mate reserves the right to terminate trial accounts suspected of abuse.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with others outside your household
- Use the Service for commercial broadcast or public exhibition purposes
- Attempt to circumvent any technical measures protecting the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or record content from the Service
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or EU laws
7. Simultaneous Connections
Each subscription plan allows a defined number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, or 3 depending on the plan). Exceeding the connection limit may result in service interruption or account suspension.
8. Service Availability
IPTV Mate aims to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party interruptions may cause temporary outages. IPTV Mate is not liable for content interruptions caused by broadcasters, rights holders, or third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and branding elements of IPTV Mate are the property of IPTV Mate. Television channel logos and content remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. IPTV Mate does not claim ownership of broadcast content.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IPTV Mate does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Mate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Modifications to Terms
IPTV Mate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union legislation.
